TUTOR

 

Tim Brennan, Solicitor, Construction Law Team, Byrne Wallace

Tim is a Solicitor in the Byrne Wallace Construction Law team and is involved in both contentious and non-contentious construction law matters. Tim is involved in the advising, negotiating, and drafting of the full suite of construction contracts, acting for all types of clients including funders, main contractors, sub-contractors, employers, consultant designers and public bodies. On the contentious side, he has experience in representing clients in a broad range of dispute resolution proceedings, including Court, Mediation, Arbitration, Conciliation and Adjudication. Prior to joining Byrne Wallace, Tim worked for a number of years as a senior professional indemnity underwriter in London, for one of the world’s largest reinsurance companies, and has extensive experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating professional indemnity insurance contracts.
