It is now mandatory for contracting authorities to use the amended forms of Public Works Contracts with a cited revision reference commencing with v2 on all works procurements that commenced from 9th January 2017. These amendments will be examined in this training day, as well as how they will affect future projects.

You will leave this training course better informed, with a much greater understanding of the most significant aspects of Public Works Contracts, and how you should approach them. You will learn key points from the recent amendments to PWC’s, and you will have the opportunity to engage in an informative Q&A with our tutor regarding any matters you would like specific insight on. You will also take home your training course pack, so you can refer again during the year.
