Covid-19 has presented employers with unique and unprecedented challenges and legal complexities regarding their rights as employers. As a result, employers need to have a strategy in place to adapt their policies to comply with current employment law in the case of a second wave or similar pandemic in the future. This course will give clear direction and clarity to employers and HR managers in the areas of contracts, remote working, duty of care, employers liability and everything you will need to consider from a legal standpoint.

Attendees will receive the full course pack to refer back to and will gain CPD hours at the end of the session (if applicable).

The day will give you the chance to ask questions directly relevant to your organisation and give some clarity going forward

Places are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis.
