Paul Singleton, Chartered Civil/ Environmental Engineer, McCloy Consulting

Paul is an experienced Chartered Civil/ Environmental Engineer, specialising in flood risk assessment, SuDS and environmental assessment.


He has experience of flood risk assessment in Ireland, as well as previously having gained extensive practise of flood risk assessment for infrastructure and private development projects in the UK and Ireland. He has specific experience in water chemistry and hydraulic modelling software including Microdrainage, with niche expertise in surface water management using SuDS for developments in environmentally sensitive areas. Paul is currently providing SuDS training for the company within the UK and Ireland.




This course has primarily been designed and developed for those responsible for reviewing and evaluating FRAs in both the public and private sector including planners, engineers and environmental employees in local authorities, planning consultants, GIS consultants, design engineers, developers and anyone who is involved in planning and environmental management in relation to flood risk. It will also be of interest to those carrying out FRAs to gain an understanding of how FRAs would be peer reviewed prior to submission to the regulatory body.




On completion of this one-day training course, you will receive your CMG MasterClass Certificate in Evaluating Flood Risk Assessments, as well as your CPD Certificate containing 5 Structured CPD Hours. You will also receive a full Evaluating Flood Risk Assessments course pack to refer back to at any time in the future.
