COVID -19 Is your Workplace Compliant ?

Dear Member,

The Health and Safety Authority has carried out over 2,500 COVID-19-related workplace inspections in just over two months. Based on these inspections, the HSA issued 54 prohibition notices to businesses where inspectors found a risk of personal injury to staff.

With the number of workplace clusters also on the rise, acting Chief Medical Officer, Ronan Glynn also specifically advised ‘all workplaces to review their procedures and protocols.’ It’s vital therefore that your business is in strict compliance with the Return to Work Safely Protocol and remains up to date with Government advice.

Health & safety breaches can lead to large fines, negative publicity and even criminal prosecutions. To help you minimise these risks, our Return to Work Safely Protocol blog <>  outlines the key steps you need to take to make sure you’re ready when the safety inspector comes calling.

For an immediate review of your current workplace procedures and protocols, call a Peninsula expert on 1890 252 923 or click the link to arrange your free consultation today. <>
