Dr Victor Hrymak, Lecturer in Environmental Health and Safety, School of Food Science and Environmental Health, College of Sciences and Health, Dublin Institute of Technology

Dr Victor Hrymak is a fire & safety consultant, expert witness and the principal lecturer for the MSc in Environmental Health & Safety at the Dublin Institute of Technology. He has over 30 years of experience with public and private sector organisations. This extensive experience includes inspection, project management and enforcement roles in London, as well as the head of Fire & Safety for Trinity College Dublin. He is a published safety author and has presented at National & International academic conferences as well as many professional fora. His expertise and research interests involve safety auditing, the selection and conduct of risk assessments and the implementation of safety management systems.




The course will be specifically orientated towards attendees who require a better and practical understanding of their health and safety obligations and responsibilities when working on a construction project, and will be of particular interest to project managers, architects, engineers, supervisors and professionals, as well as safety officers, project supervisors and site managers and
