We will be taking every measure to ensure social distancing is comfortably maintained while attending our courses.

This one-day training course is designed for those working on Brownfield development and construction where contaminated land may be an issue. This CPD course will show you the types of ground contamination and sources of ground gas, radon design requirements, verification procedures and the importance of installation quality. We will cover the key points you need to be aware of within the Building Control Amendment Regs (TGD C).

If you are involved in the construction or development of a brownfield site, this course will provide vital details that may provide an invaluable resource, and could be instrumental in preventing project-threatening issues before they occur.

Attendees will gain insights from a highly experienced course trainer, who has previously carried out bespoke training for local authority CIEH contaminated land officers and building control departments in Northern Ireland, as well as vital consultation work for the EPA and DOE in Ireland. Attendees will also receive a full course pack and will earn 5 structured CPD hours on completion of this one-day course.
