There have been some major amendments made to the Public Works Contracts, such as a revised position of Bill of Quantities, the revised specialist process, new tender award criteria and a revised dispute resolution process as well as the most recent publication of a Covid 19 Clause.
It is now mandatory for contracting authorities to use the amended forms of Public Works Contracts with a cited revision reference commencing with v2 on all works procurements that commenced from 9th January 2017. These amendments will be examined in this training day, as well as how they will affect future projects.
You will leave this training course better informed, with a much greater understanding of the most significant aspects of Public Works Contracts, and how you should approach them. You will learn key points from the recent amendments to PWC’s, and you will have the opportunity to engage in an informative Q&A with our tutor regarding any matters you would like specific insight on.
